使用原廠儀器進行計量不僅可以獲得更高的校準精度，還可以對設備進行全面的維護，消除存在的隱患。這里以美國CLiMET和ATI為例，為您詳盡說明原廠儀器校準的優勢。
1.ATI原廠校準方法
1.1 校準周期間隔及標準要求：
美國ATI原廠對于校正周期的建議：1年1次
The primary minimum calibration interval requirement is driven by the US FDA.
The Office of Regulatory Affairs guidance for FDA regulated laboratories requires a minimum calibration interval
for instruments like ATI’s photometers.

最小校正時間間隔的要求應該依從美國FDA法規,這個要求對于ATI光度計可以通過ORA-LAB 5.5編號的FDA對實驗室設備要求的描述中的第13頁找到。
2.CLiMET原廠校準方法
2.1 Climet粒子計數器校準要求（來自ISO 14644-1附錄A A2.2）
A.2.2 Instrument calibration
The particle counter shall have a valid calibration certificate: the frequency and method of calibration should be
based upon current accepted particle as specified in ISO 21501-4
NOTE: Some particle counters cannot be calibrated to all of the required tests in ISO 21501-4. If this is the
case, record the descision to use the counter in the test report.
粒子計數器應有有效的校準證書：校準的頻率和方法應按ISO 21501-4所述的現行認可規定來執行。
備注：針對ISO 21501-4里要求的所有測試，有些粒子計數器不能校正。如果是這種情況，在測試報告里記錄下使用該儀器的決定。
